Pixel Medium has been phenomenal to work with. Over the past 4 years, I have worked with a total of 5 web design firms (based in India, Hungary, Turkey, and the US), and I would have to rank Pixel Medium as my top experience out of all the projects we have worked on. The reasons are multifaceted, but it comes down to something very simple--Pixel Medium is a firm that has integrity, strong technical and creative ability, and excellent customer service and responsiveness.

In the past, I had gone with firms who said all the right things, but later found out at great cost that their actions did not live up to their words. Alice of Pixel Medium is a professsional with integrity. From my experience in working with her over the past 6 weeks on two different websites, she has shared information and resources unselfishly. She is extremely knowlegeable and resourceful and instead of reinventing the wheel, she leverages tried and tested web-based software solutions to meet our needs in the most cost effective manner possible. We are very pleased with her work, and will be calling upon her to implement other functionalities to our business website including the additional of a group/ communicty calendar and community forums eventually.

The Koi Website, believe it or not is our 4th and final attempt of getting it RIGHT. The 3 previous designers were never able to deliver what we needed. Many tried to implement an ecommerce solution from scratch, but left many holes and neglected numerous necessary functionalities and tools that you would expect for any standard e-commerce website.

Creative--I found Pixel Medium to not only be strong in the programming, but was also very much centered on Aesthetics. They really do work with you until you are happy.

They are definitely a keeper.
